Drayton joined Baird in 2011 as a Financial Advisor Trainee. Prior to joining Baird, Drayton worked in the Investment Banking group at Bank of America Securities before eventually joining Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor.
Drayton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a degree in political science.
A resident of Charlotte, NC since 1997, he and his wife Elizabeth are active in the community. They have two boys, Drayton Jr. (10) and Jack (7) who keep them busy with various sports and other activities. Outside of work and family obligations, Drayton enjoys playing golf and being with friends.
